At Ziravia, many of our jewelry pieces are prepared with gifting and personalization in mind. We work with trusted production and fulfillment partners to create meaningful pieces with care before they are shipped to you or your loved one.
Order Processing
Most orders require processing before they are shipped. This includes order review, preparation, personalization where applicable, quality checks, and packaging.
Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days. Personalized items may require additional preparation time, especially during busy gifting seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Personalized Orders
If your item includes a name, date, message, photo, birthstone, or other custom detail, please double-check your personalization before placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Personalized products may take slightly longer to prepare than non-personalized items. We recommend ordering early for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and other special occasions.
