Before placing a personalized order
Please check all spelling, capitalization, names, initials, dates, messages, photographs, product options, and other custom details before ordering. Personalization information is generally produced as submitted, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Digital previews are a guide. The finished product may have reasonable differences in scale, spacing, engraving placement, or colour because of production methods, material shape, lighting, and screen settings.
Personalized products cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind or a customer-submitted error. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved order details.
