How long does it take to process my order?
Most Ziravia orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Personalized or made-to-order items may require a little extra preparation time, especially during holidays or busy gifting seasons.
Are your products made to order?
Many of our jewelry pieces are prepared after your order is placed. This helps us create meaningful gifts with care and reduce unnecessary overproduction.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to help, but once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review it carefully and contact us quickly if anything looks incorrect.

Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Yes. Many Ziravia products can be personalized with details such as names, initials, dates, messages, photos, birthstones, or other custom options depending on the product.
Where do I enter my personalization details?
Personalization fields will appear on eligible product pages. Please enter your details carefully before adding the item to your cart.
What should I check before ordering a personalized item?
Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, initials, messages, photo uploads, and other custom details before placing your order. We use the information you provide to create your item.
Will the final product look exactly like the preview?
Product previews and mockups are intended as a guide. Final engraving placement, colors, spacing, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product, screen settings, and production method.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Personalization changes may not be possible once production begins. Contact us immediately if you notice an error, and we will do our best to help before the item is made.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping options may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location, shipping method, and local carrier services. As a general guide, delivery may take around 7–10 business days for the United States, 7–14 business days for the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world after dispatch.
Do delivery times include processing time?
No. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Please allow processing time before your tracking number becomes active.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, where available. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If your order includes multiple products, they may be produced or shipped separately depending on the item type, personalization, and fulfillment location.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect item selection, wrong size choice, or customer-entered personalization mistakes.
Can personalized items be returned?
Personalized and custom-made items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production issue.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging if damaged, and a short explanation of the issue.
What resolution will I receive for a damaged or defective item?
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.
Can I send an item back without contacting you first?
No. Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals. Store your piece in a dry place when not in use.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping to help protect the finish and extend the life of the piece.
Will the jewelry tarnish over time?
All plated or finished jewelry can naturally show signs of wear over time depending on use, skin chemistry, moisture, and care. Following care instructions can help maintain the look of your piece for longer.

We do our best to display products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and production method.
