At Ziravia, every order is prepared with care and many of our pieces are created with gifting, personalization, or made-to-order production in mind. Because of this, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect item selection, wrong size choice, or personalized details entered incorrectly at checkout.

Many Ziravia products are prepared after an order is placed, and personalized items are made specifically for the customer. For this reason, once production begins, orders usually cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless there is an issue with the item.

Personalized Items

Personalized products may include names, initials, dates, photos, birthstones, custom messages, engravings, or other details provided by the customer.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order. Ziravia is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong initials, low-quality uploaded images, or other custom details submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered due to a production or fulfillment issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the problem.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue.

Timeframe to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items with customer-submitted names, dates, photos, initials, or messages
  • Items returned due to change of mind
  • Items ordered with incorrect personalization details
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
  • Items without proof of purchase

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered production.

Personalized and made-to-order products may begin production quickly after purchase, so we recommend checking all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
