At Ziravia, each piece of jewelry is made to order and personalized with care. Because our products are crafted specifically for you, shipping timelines include both production time and delivery time. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing & Production Time
All Ziravia jewelry is made to order and personalized on demand.

This includes engraving, quality checks, and careful packaging
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has completed production, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and local postal services. The estimates below include both production and shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear once the order has been dispatched. If you experience any issues with tracking or have not received your tracking email, please contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order enters production, address changes may no longer be possible.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Orders
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal disruptions, customs delays, or unforeseen events.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Ziravia is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, or carrier disruptions.
