Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ziravia, each piece of jewelry is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we ask that you review the details below carefully before placing your order.


Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

All Ziravia jewelry is custom-made and personalized on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or sizing issues.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging (if available)

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation


Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Incorrect engraving or personalization details entered at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or engraving placement

  • Delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped

These variations are a natural part of made-to-order and engraved products.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.

For packages lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution times may vary depending on the shipping provider.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
